Reps review feasibility studies, choose 2-3 finalists, & from their proposals, select a partner. Reps can decide whether to copilot the sale, or make introductions with the client & step away.
AKA: the fun part. Pitch, negotiate, and connect with financiers who can fund your project. If multiple EPC finalists generated proposals, you can take multiple bids to the client.
Once the client gives the green light, we generate a contract & get it signed. This means your project is a go, and we can move into the engineering, permitting, & installation phase.
Engineering approval. We track this stage to make sure reps have full transparency into their deal progress, regardless of whether or not they chose to copilot the deal with their EPC.
Permits are submitted. At this stage, we invoice the EPC partner for 20% of the total commission owed, and pay out to the partner rep on the deal (i.e. the originator).
Equipment procurement. Again, we track this stage to make sure reps have full transparency into their deal progress, regardless of whether or not they chose to copilot the deal with their EPC.
Project installation begins. We track every project through to completion, and invoice for the remaining 80% of the commission at this stage so we can pay out what's owed to the rep.
Last, but certainly not least, we ensure we flip the "on" switch, so we know exactly how much solar energy we're generating, and therefore how much we're contributing to saving the planet.
