“Honestly, I’ve just been around this long because I didn’t quit. I started in solar answering a Craigslist ad, hated what I saw, and decided to start my own company. Ten years later, after awards and growth, what I bring is resilience, connections, and resourcefulness. My message is simple: if you believe in solar, don’t quit.”

“I take pride in being able to drive just about anything—tractors, forklifts, cranes, drones—you name it. But what really surprises people is I love to bake.
